Oak Ridge Martial Arts will be participation in this years Jr Police Academy. For the 7th year now, we have been presenting the self defense portion of the week long academy. We are honored to be working with the Jefferson Twsp. Police Department and their fine officers.
Test your Ninja skills on our ORMAA Ninja Warrior course. Different from our previous ones, this course will by far test your hanging, climbing, jumping, running, swinging, and zip lining skills! Oak Ridge Martial Arts will be hosting a 2 hour Woman's Self Defense Seminar on 3/28/20 from 1pm to 3pm and will incorporate many aspects of personal safety, self defense, pepper spray usage, awareness, and basic striking techniques. Gain confidence in an area that is most neglected! First 5 registrants receive free pepper spray. Please share this event with someone you care for.

Held at the Department of Persons with Disabilities on Weldon Rd, this facility boasts an Olympic size heated pool. Bring the family, friends, and loved ones to this great event!!
Swimming, pool games, belt graduation, chili cook off, 6’ sub, salads, drinks and good company. BYOB and chili cookers are FREE.
No regular scheduled classes. $15/person, chili cooker is free.
